By sending your photo for retouching, you release RetouchAPhoto.com, and all of their employees and associates from any and all liability for any damage caused to you by requesting this service.

You agree not to bring a lawsuit against us or hold us responsible in any way for the manner in which you use your completed photo or the results thereof.

Due to the intrinsic difference in every photo sent for retouching, we cannot guarantee that any particular retouch result will be exactly as you wish.

You will receive a small copy via snail mail of the work done on your photo before you make payment. In receiving this photo and upon your approval, by way of receiving your payment, you will promptly receive the final work along with your original photo.

We agree to take the utmost care of your original photo as if it were our very own. You agree not to bring a lawsuit against us or hold us responsible for any loss or damage to your original photo or the results thereof.

If you do not like the work, you simply do not pay and you do not receive a retouched photo. My desire is to insure your satisfaction with the results of our services.
